Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mailbox accounts and email campaigns. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can redirect e-mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-response messages and defend your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired emails will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or handheld device and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
